What is a diagnostic visit?

A licensed technician comes to your home, inspects the appliance, and pinpoints the exact problem. The $235 diagnostic pays for the trip and the expert diagnosis — you get a clear answer and a repair quote on the spot. People pay for the on-site work because real diagnosis takes a trained tech, tools, and time at your home — not a guess over the phone.

If you go ahead with the repair, your diagnostic fee is credited toward the job. To reserve your time slot you pay 50% ($117.50) now; the remaining $117.50 is due at the visit.

The diagnostic visit is $235. To hold a preliminary booking you pay 50% ($117.50) now; the remaining $117.50 is due at the visit.

Your preferred window is approximate. After payment we text you to confirm the appointment (or to reschedule). A technician is dispatched only after that confirmation SMS from us.

If you're not available at a confirmed appointment (no-show), a re-trip / wait fee may apply. If you have a confirmed appointment and we fail to arrive, are late, or don't reach out — you get a full refund.
